Karachi: Naeem Shah, a prisoner of Central Jail, performed a historic feat
Central Jail Superintendent Muhammad Hassan Sehto told media that prisoner Syed Naeem Shah was sentenced to life imprisonment for murder and remained in jail for several years, during which time he resumed his studies.
Matriculated and then passed the Intermediate exam, in which he passed with excellent marks and made it to the top twenty. After Intermediate, he applied to become a Chartered Accountant for Higher Education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, iCap.
Regular letters were exchanged in this regard in which iCap stated that they are eligible for their scholarship program and they are being given a scholarship of Rs.5000. 1 million
The senior superintendent further said that Naeem Shah showed good manners in the jail while he spent more time in study instead of talking to any prisoner.
Thanks to Naeem's own dedication and the encouragement of the prison authorities, Naeem was able to achieve this position today.
